• Complete Rebuild Package: Contains all machine-specific needle bearings, precision-ground shafts, heavy-duty seals, and high-tolerance bushings required to completely service the swing arm assembly.
• Premium Material Engineering: Needle bearing shafts and rollers are manufactured from high-grade 52100 bearing steel that has been case-hardened, centerless-ground, and heat-treated for an exact fit and maximum wear resistance.
• Corrosion-Defending Bushings: All steel spacer bushings are case-hardened and heavily plated to provide a superior defense against continuous friction, wear, and harsh riding environments.
• Upgraded Thrust Washers: Traditional thrust needle bearings have been upgraded to advanced Teflon® D-coated POM composite washers. This advanced design delivers significantly increased resistance to water, mud, and low-lubrication scenarios—the leading causes of premature pivot failure.
